1. Backbiting and Slander
a. What to do when a slander brings news about your sister Muslim
2. Prohibition of relating all that you hear
3. Dangers of Lying
a. lying upon Allah
b. lying upon His Messenger (salla Allahu alihi wa sallam)
c. swearing to cheat another Muslim
d. when lying is permissible
4. Use foul and obscene language
a. cursing one in their dua
5. Refrain from Arguing
6. Lying in order to make one laugh & keeping a secret
7. Words and Phrases that you should avoid
a. call another Muslim a kafir, innovator or sinner
b. not taking an oath by anyone other than Allah
c. swearing on the condition of divorcing one’s wife
d. do not curse time
e. saying something is haram when it is not

The Manners of Speech
1. Use foul and obscene language
a. cursing one in their dua
2. Refrain from Arguing
3. Lying in order to make one laugh & keeping a secret
4. Words and Phrases that you should avoid
a. call another Muslim a kafir, innovator or sinner
b. not taking an oath by anyone other than Allah
c. swearing on the condition of divorcing one’s wife
d. do not curse time
e. saying something is haram when it is not

The Manners of Eating and Drinking

1. Forbidden to eat or drink from dishes or utensils made of gold or silver
2. Forbidden to eat in a reclining position or on one’s stomach
3. When food is ready and prayer time has entered, eat first and then pray
