A Message to Chaste Women

O Muslims, fear Allaah, for fearing Him is the best provision, and will have the best result in the Hereafter: {Indeed, the [best] outcome is for the righteous.} [Quran 11:49]
O Muslims, there are a people whose feeling of resentment has erupted and their hostilities have intensified, with the aim of deploying their utmost power and most odious means to exterminate virtue, decency and purity. They are doing this because chastity provokes their anger, embitters their minds and burns their hearts.
They were born in the lap of Islam and brought up in the countries of Islam, but when they grew up, the bitterness of hostility seemed appealing to them and they preferred blindness to guidance, carried the mattocks of destruction, and raised the flag of blatant conspiracy. What good would be expected from such slaves of the enemies of Islam who are too difficult to be emancipated or released. They are in the position of agents, or rather, their slaves or servants.
These people, who do not deserve to be called men, are deceitful and lead others astray. They have been launching a fierce campaign against the purity of the Muslim society and against the Muslim women to make them remove their Hijaab. They wish to desecrate the honor of Muslim women. They want Muslim women to work in the arenas of men and all other areas. They are, thereby, laying the foundation of mixing between the sexes; they want to implant this malicious habit in the Muslim society. May Allaah cut off their hands, silence their tongues, and abate their breath!
{And they will surely swear, "We intended only the best." And Allaah testifies that indeed they are liars.} [Quran 9:107]
{And when it is said to them, "Do not cause corruption on the earth," they say, "We are but reformers."Unquestionably, it is they who are the corrupters, but they perceive [it] not.} [Quran 2:11-12]
O Muslims, Islam legislates boundaries to protect women from the plots that are woven by dissolute, notorious hypocrites who seek to exploit them. Muslim women will always be protected by the umbrella of Islam to enjoy honor, pride, and respect. Under the protection of Islam, a woman is a well-guarded pearl, a noble queen, an icon of freedom and chastity, and an honorable sister, whose Hijaab is her beauty, screen is her glory, and outer garment is her honor and perfection. She takes her guidance from Islam and follows her way on the light of the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allaah, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam.
Let them be despised, these advocates of indecency and supporters of evil conduct, for women do not reap anything beneficial from mixing with men and exposing their bodies, including their hair and arms except tainted glances, mischievous harassment, immoral assaults, weariness, exemplary punishment and evil results:
{And whoever takes Satan as an ally instead of Allaah has certainly sustained a clear loss.} [Quran 4:119]
{Then will you take him and his descendants as allies other than Me while they are enemies to you? Wretched it is for the wrongdoers as an exchange.} [Quran 18:50]
O Muslims, these sinful claims and misleading slogans have appeared in the past in many regions and countries. Their patrons succeeded to make women descend from their impenetrable palaces and high forts to remove their Hijaabs and depart from safety. They made women themselves free from all authority; they made them go everywhere and venture into all fields of work. What was the result of all this? It was no more than confinement to the most despicable depths of dissoluteness and wickedness and involvement in the lowest depths of debauchery and depravity.
Now, we have the right to wonder what has the liberated woman, as they allege, and modern woman, as they describe, come to be. She has become humiliated, exploited and enslaved. She has become an instrument of amusement and entertainment in wicked, lustful hands, working with her breasts before her hands, working as a dancer in houses of prostitution, a model in houses of fashion, and a prostitute in bordellos and show business. Is this what they call women’s liberation and empowerment? The Messenger of Allaah, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, said:"I am not leaving after me a temptation more harmful to men than [the temptation of] women. So, protect yourselves from [the temptation of] this world and protect yourselves from women, for the first temptation of the Children of Israel was with women."
O Muslims, the absolute separation between men and women is a moral, behavioral, social, and security necessity, because permitting mixing between men and women is the source of every distress and shortcoming and the basis of every evil and vice. In this respect, it is narrated on the authority of ‘Uqbah ibn ‘Aamir Al-Juhani, may Allaah be pleased with him, that he said, “The Messenger of Allaah, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, said: ‘Beware of entering upon women.’ A man from the Ansaar (helpers) said, ‘O Messenger of Allaah, what about male in-laws?’ He said: ‘Male in-laws are death.’" [Al-Bukhaari and Muslim]
It is narrated on the authority of Umm Salamah, may Allaah be pleased with her, that she said, "When the Messenger of Allaah, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, would finish prayer, he used to stay for some time. We saw that he did so in order to allow the women to leave before the men." [Abu Daawood]
It is narrated on the authority of Ibn ‘Umar, may Allaah be pleased with him and his father that he said, “The Messenger of Allaah, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, said: ‘Would that we leave this gate [of the mosque] for women.’" Naafi‘, may Allaah have mercy upon him, commented, "From that time on, Ibn ‘Umar, may Allaah be pleased with them, never again passed through it until he died." [Abu Daawood]
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Usayd Al-Ansaari, may Allaah be pleased with him, that he heard the Messenger of Allaah, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, when he came out of the mosque and saw how men were mixing with women in the street, addressing the women by saying:"Make way, for you are not to be in the middle of the road: walk to the sides of the street!" [Abu Daawood]
Allaah The Exalted, The Almighty, Says in His Noble Book (what means):{And when you ask them for something, ask them from behind a partition. That is purer for your hearts and their hearts.} [Quran 33:53]
These are proofs, from the Book and the Sunnah, that refute the falsehood of every obstinate renegade and put an end to the errors of every insincere deviant who has swerved from his fresh sweet way of Islam to the putrefied stagnant swamp of wickedness and misguidance.
O Muslim girls, be as Allaah The Almighty wants you to be and as the Messenger of Allaah, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, liked for you to be, and not as intended by the propagators of seduction, and advocators of women uncovering their bodies and mixing with men. You are, among us, the ones who are raising generations, the makers of men, the planters of the seeds of virtues and high manners, those who foster noble deeds, and the builders of nations and glories. Do not be a mattock of destruction, an instrument of devastation, and a tool of change and Westernization in the pure lands and populous regions of Islam. Do not be a means for harming the Ummah (nation) of Muhammad, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam.
O Muslim women, Allaah The Almighty has honored you, made high your esteem and position, and maintained your rights. So, give thanks for the favor and remember His grace. The Hijaab was only enjoined, the outer garment only imposed, and the veil (face-cover) only prescribed to guard your honor, preserve your souls, purify your hearts, and protect you from the means of seduction and ways of dissipation and deterioration. So, abide by veiling and screening, reduce your vision (lower your gaze), guard your chastity, and beware of anything that may draw attention to you and seduce these evil men who have malicious hearts. Allaah The Almighty Says (what means): {And abide in your houses and do not display yourselves as [was] the display of the former times of ignorance.} [Quran 33:33] Furthermore, screen your faces, adornment and the beautiful parts of your bodies from men who are non-Mahram (marriageable) to you.
Let a Muslim woman also avoid translucent clothes that reveal what is beneath it and tight clothes that depict the details and size of her body parts. It is narrated on the authority of ‘Abdullaah ibn Mas‘ood, may Allaah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allaah, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa salam, said: "The woman is ‘Awrah (i.e. should not be exposed); and when she goes out, Satan receives her, and she is closest to her Lord when she is in the farthest point of her house." [Ibn Hibbaan]
Muslim women must not pass by men while wearing perfume or incense. In this respect, the Messenger of Guidance, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, said: "A woman who wears perfume and passes by men who smell her fragrance is an adulteress." [Abu Daawood and At-Tirmithi]
It is further narrated on the authority of ‘Ubayd, the freed slave of Abu Ruhm, that Abu Hurayrah, may Allaah be pleased with him, saw a perfumed woman who wanted to go to the mosque. He asked her, "O slave of the Compeller! Where are you going?" She said, "To the mosque." He said, "Have you perfumed yourself for this?" She answered in the affirmative. Thereupon he said, "I heard the Messenger of Allaah, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, say: ‘Any woman who wears perfume and goes out to the mosque, no prayer would be accepted from her until she bathes (to eliminate the traces of perfume from her body).’" [Ibn Maajah]
It is narrated on the authority of ‘Amrah Bint ‘Abd Ar-Rahmaan, may Allaah have mercy upon her, that ‘Aa'ishah, may Allaah be pleased with her, said, "Had the Messenger of Allaah, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, seen what women had done after him, he would have prevented them from going to the mosque, just as the women of the Children of Israel were prevented." ‘Amrah was asked, "Were the women of the Children of Israel prevented from going to places of worship?" She answered in the affirmative. [Muslim]
A Muslim woman must avoid being soft in speech, yielding in words, tender in voice or lithe in talk to men, tempting, thereby, men whose faith is weak:{Do not be soft in speech [to men], lest he in whose heart is disease should covet, but speak with appropriate speech.} [Quran 33:32]
A noble, chaste woman would never accept to be a means of sexual stimulation or seduction for anyone, especially those whose eyes are treacherous, whose souls are lowly, and whose mouths are foul. Allaah The Exalted, The Almighty, Says (what means):
{And let them not stamp their feet to make known what they conceal of their adornment.} [Quran 24:31]
{O Prophet, tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to bring down over themselves [part] of their outer garments. That is more suitable that they will be known and not be abused. And ever is Allaah Forgiving and Merciful.} [Quran 33:59]
Where is your compliance with this? Where is your immediate response? It is narrated on the authority of Umm Salamah, may Allaah be pleased with her, that she said, "When the verse (that means): {…to bring down over themselves [part] of their outer garments} [Quran 33:59] was revealed, the women of the Ansaar (helpers) came out as if crows were on their heads due to the garments [they were wearing]." [Abu Daawood]
It is narrated on the authority of ‘Aa'ishah, may Allaah be pleased with her, that she said, "[Some] believing women would attend the Fajr prayer with the Messenger of Allaah, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa salam, wrapped in their shawls, then they would return to their houses when they finished the prayer without being recognized due to the darkness." [Al-Bukhaari and Muslim]
O Muslim woman, adorn yourself with the noblest crown, follow the most guided way, and join the best of tribes. Adorn yourself with piety, faith, fear and shyness of Allaah The Most Merciful. O Muslim woman, be careful of every prostitute displaying her beauty, every partially exposed woman, and every immoral female disbeliever. Give your attention to the statement of the Messenger of Allaah, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam: There are two types of the dwellers of the Hellfire whom I have not seen: men having lashes like the tails of cows, with which they beat the people; and women who are dressed yet naked who incline (from the truth towards mischief) and prompt others to incline [as such], whose heads are like the inclined humps of camels; they would not enter Paradise nor smell its fragrance even though its fragrance can be smelt from such and such a distance.” [Muslim; and At-Tabaraani adding: "So, curse them, for they are cursed."]
This is the destiny of any naked woman, because a woman who does not cover up properly is actually naked of fear of Allaah, stripped of gratitude for the favors of Allaah, and deprived of all noble manners. This is the destiny of the woman who displays her beauty, imitates men and mixes with them, shows herself, is exposed, tempts others and is tempted herself. So, beware of the evil end, and let not the advocates of companionship between men and women, the enemies of honor, the supporters of dissolution, decadence and deterioration impede you from reaching the good end and the pleasant abode in the high Gardens of Paradise.
O Muslims, whatever leads to a forbidden thing is, in itself, forbidden under the Sharee‘ah. One of the greatest causes of corruption and deviation from the way of chastity and the right direction is a woman who travels alone without being accompanied by a Mahram man and her meeting alone with a man who is a non-Mahram to her. In this respect, it is narrated on the authority of Ibn ‘Abbaas, may Allaah be pleased with them, that he said, “I heard the Messenger of Allaah, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, addressing the people saying: ‘No man should be alone with a woman unless she is accompanied by a Mahram; and no woman should set out on a journey except with a Mahram.’ A man stood up, and said, ‘O Messenger of Allaah, my wife has set out on a journey for Hajj, and I have been enlisted [to fight] in such and such a battle.’ On that the Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, said to him: ‘Go and perform Hajj with your wife.’" [Al-Bukhaari and Muslim]
It is narrated on the authority of Ibn ‘Umar, may Allaah be pleased with him, that once ’Umar, may Allaah be pleased with him, addressed the people in Al-Jaabiyah, and said, "The Messenger of Allaah, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, stood to address us as I am now addressing you, and said: ‘None of you should be alone with a woman for Satan will be their third.’" [Ahmad]
All of this is to eliminate the causes that may lead to undesirable results, and exterminate the means resulting in immorality.
O fathers and guardians, maintain your women, guard your honor and lineage, avoid negligence and do not be too busy to take care of your women. Beware of negligence that may lead to incurable outcomes. Do not let yourselves become victims of such perdition. rebuff dishonor and protect your household fiercely. Be like a heedful vigilant sentinel, and keep in mind that the noblest of people is he who has the greatest protective jealousy over himself, his family and his honor; and whoever lacks such jealousy, then, the inside of the earth is more suitable to have him than its surface. It is narrated on the authority of Anas, may Allaah be pleased with him, that he said, “The Messenger of Allaah, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, said:Indeed Allaah will question every guardian about his trust, whether he has maintained or wasted it, until He asks a man about his household (i.e. if he observed his duties towards them).’" [Ibn Hibbaan]
The Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, said: "And a man is the guardian of his household and is responsible for his trust; and the woman is a guardian in the house of her husband and is responsible for her trust."
Allaah The Almighty Says (what means): {O you who have believed, protect yourselves and your families from a Fire whose fuel is people and stones, over which are [appointed] angels, harsh and severe; they do not disobey Allaah in what He commands them but do what they are commanded.} [Quran 66:6]
May Allaah The Almighty make all of us among those who guide and those who are rightly-guided, who follow the Sunnah of the Master of the Messengers, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam.

Lessons from the unblemished life of Maryam

Maryam (Mary) the daughter of ‘Imraan (Amram), may Allaah exalt her mention, is a bright image of chastity and purity. She guarded her chastity and the result was {…so We blew into [her garment] through Our angel} [Quran 66:12] Why did Allaah The Almighty choose her from among all other women? That is because she{…believed in the words of her Lord and His scriptures and was of the devoutly obedient.} [Quran 66:12]

Dear Muslim sisters, please do not say, “I am not Maryam, may Allaah exalt her mention, nor do I belong to the family of ‘Imraan, nor have I descended from the Messengers that I will be as chaste and pure as Maryam, may Allaah exalt her mention. I am not the recipient of miracles like the supernatural miracles she witnessed.” Instead, you can say, “Why do I not take Maryam, may Allaah exalt her mention, as an example?” Allaah The Almighty Says (what means): {There was certainly in their stories a lesson.} [Quran 12:111]
Dear Muslim sisters, we are living in the age of science and technology that has no room for supernatural events. However, through our minds we can deduce and understand why Allaah The Almighty selected Maryam, may Allaah exalt her mention, to be the recipient of that supernatural and lasting miracle, to be the mother of ‘Eesaa (Jesus), the Messenger of Allaah.

Come with me to trace back the threads of this story – the story of the chastity of Maryam, may Allaah exalt her mention, the daughter of ‘Imraan:

·The mother of Maryam, may Allaah exalt her mention, Hannah (Anne) the wife of ‘Imraan (Amram), was pious and grateful. When Allaah The Almighty blessed her with pregnancy, she thanked Him in a special way. She pledged her unborn baby to the service of the Sacred House to worship Allaah The Almighty therein. Allaah The Almighty Says (what means): {Mention, O Muhammad], when the wife of ‘Imraan said, “My Lord, indeed I have pledged to You what is in my womb, consecrated [for Your service], so accept this from me. Indeed, You are the Hearing, the Knowing.”} [Quran 3:35]

This indicates that choosing a righteous wife is the prerequisite for having righteous children as manifested by the mother of Maryam, may Allaah exalt her mention, who was a righteous wife and, therefore, Allaah The Almighty blessed her with a righteous daughter, Maryam, may Allaah exalt her mention.
·When Hannah gave birth, she discovered that it was a female baby although she had desired it to be male to serve the House of Allaah and worship Allaah The Almighty therein. It was, however, the will of Allaah The Almighty that it would be a female. Hannah took the baby in the cradle to the mosque in fulfillment of her promise that she had made when the baby was still a fetus in her womb. The result was: {So her Lord accepted her with good acceptance and caused her to grow in a good manner and put her in the care of Zakariyya (Zechariah). Every time Zakariyya entered upon her in the prayer chamber, he found with her provision. He said, “O Mary, from where is this [coming] to you?” She said, “It is from Allaah. Indeed, Allaah provides for whom He wills without account.”} [Quran 3:37]
Exalted You Are, my Lord. How merciful You Are! You Are more Merciful to the baby than her mother is to her.
Sisters, do not say, “How can I find a husband when I am wearing the Hijaab (Islamic covering)? Who will propose to me if I do not apply make-up?”
No, by Allaah. Be truthful and sincere to Allaah The Almighty and He will provide you from where you did not imagine. Your chastity, Hijaab, and modesty will definitely bring you the righteous husband you deserve. Wearing scanty clothes, applying make-up, being immodest, and imitating "liberated" Eastern or Western women does not serve your purpose.
This is not a supernatural fact. Rather, it is the experience of many girls other than Maryam, may Allaah exalt her mention, the daughter of ‘Imraan. Consequently, maintaining your chastity, Hijaab and modesty is the reason for being blessed with marriage, attaining a state of tranquility, and acquiring real, pure, and clean enjoyment.
·What was Maryam, may Allaah exalt her mention, like when she became mature?
She kept to a corner in her chamber praying, supplicating Allaah The Almighty, serving the House of Allaah The Almighty, adhering to her Hijaab and maintaining her modesty. Therefore, she received consecutive calls from the angels directing her to increase her devotions by kneeling and prostrating in prayer to Allaah The Almighty, and telling her that Allaah The Almighty had selected her above the women of the worlds. Allaah The Almighty Says (what means): {And [mention] when the angels said, “O Mary, indeed Allaah has chosen you and purified you and chosen you above the women of the worlds. O Mary, be devoutly obedient to your Lord and prostrate and bow with those who bow [in prayer].”} [Quran 3:42-43]
Maryam, may Allaah exalt her mention, was worthy of being selected by Allaah The Almighty. Why? Because:
·She was pledged to the service of the House of Allaah The Almighty from the time she was a fetus, and such sincere intention from her mother was sufficient for her to be accepted.
·She was pure, chaste, and modest.
·She was a devout worshipper and a dweller in the mosque.
·She was not inclined to having friends and male admirers like other women. She did not know what sins were. She only knew her chamber of prayer and the Hijaab she adhered to.
·She is a timeless example of a woman who deserves to be selected over the women of the worlds.
Let us identify the reasons for the elevated rank of Maryam, may Allaah exalt her mention, which are neither extraordinary nor exclusive to Maryam, may Allaah exalt her mention, but can be attained by all Muslim women, so that Allaah The Almighty will select you from among all girls and bless you with a good husband, a beautiful residence, and true love. These reasons are: prayer, chastity, and Hijaab. You do not have to search for a mosque to be like Maryam, may Allaah exalt her mention, but you can do righteous deeds, which are varied and many. Allaah The Almighty accepts from the sincere person even an atom’s weight of deeds, and our chief aim is chastity.
Here is a scene of chastity embodied in the words of the Quran. Although the scene is very old, the words of the Quran make it come alive as if it were taking place right before our eyes:
While Maryam, may Allaah exalt her mention, is in her private apartment, the Angel enters upon her in the form of a well-proportioned man, so she feels disturbed and trembles and seeks refuge in Allaah The Almighty. {She said, “Indeed, I seek refuge in the Most Merciful from you, [so leave me], if you should be fearing of Allaah.”} [Quran 19:18] The Angel explains to her the task he has to undertake, and she rejects the idea that she may bear a child. {She said, “How can I have a child when no man has touched me and I have not been unchaste?”} [Quran 19:20] The Angel tells her that it is a Divine decree and no one can repel it.
It is a natural disposition in girls that they guard their chastity, and this is in no way exclusive to Maryam, the daughter of ‘Imraan, may Allaah exalt her mention.
When she felt the fetus moving inside her womb, she would suffer anguish; and when she was in labor, she regretted her situation bitterly, saying {Oh, I wish I had died before this and was oblivion, forgotten.} [Quran 19:23] As chaste and pure as she was, she wished she were dead owing to the allegation of a sin that she did not commit, although she knew that it was the will of Allaah The Almighty.
Conversely, modern girls surrender their chastity without a sense of shame, some of them even boast about their "liberation" from social and religious norms, pride themselves on their impudence, and imitate Western girls in everything -- even in losing their virginity. In the eyes of some misguided Muslim girls, "liberation" becomes synonymous with having several boyfriends and with the freedom to indulge in fornication. Thus, chastity and modesty are removed and replaced with shamelessness and guarding one's chastity becomes a form of "backwardness". Contrast this with Maryam, may Allaah exalt her mention, who wished for death to overtake her for something she did not commit other than complying with the will of her Lord, motivated by her sense of purity and chastity.
The characteristics of chastity and purity are not exclusive to Maryam, the daughter of ‘Imraan, may Allaah exalt her mention. Chastity is the most precious asset of a Muslim woman, and honor is the most valuable thing owned by her. Women who preserve their chastity are dignified, proud, tranquil, and self-confident. In addition, Allaah The Almighty will bless them with righteous husbands and give them the best reward for their good deeds. Allaah The Almighty Says (what means): {Is the reward for good [anything] but good?} [Quran 55:60]
On the contrary, girls who lose their chastity have no sense of stability or a tranquil life. They are neither self-confident nor do they have self-respect. Rather, they are distracted, lost, and displeased with life. They deserve what Allaah The Almighty Says (what means): {And whoever turns away from My remembrance -- indeed, he will have a depressed life.}[Quran 20:124]

A letter from a Christian to Muslim women

A letter from a Christian to Muslim women
March 7th, 2007
By Joanna Francis
Writer, Journalist - USA

Between the Israeli assault on Lebanon and the Zionist "war on
terror," the Muslim world is now center stage in every American home.
I see the carnage, death and destruction that have befallen Lebanon,
but I also see something else: I see you. I can't help but notice that
almost every woman I see is carrying a baby or has hildren around her.
I see that though they are dressed modestly, their beauty still shines
through. But it's not just outer beauty that I notice. I also notice
that I feel something strange inside me: I feel envy. I feel terrible
for the horrible experiences and war crimes that the Lebanese people
have suffered, being targeted by our common enemy. But I can't help
but admire your strength, your beauty, your modesty, and most of all,
your happiness.
Yes, it's strange, but it occurred to me that even under constant
bombardment, you still seemed happier than we are, because you were
still living the natural lives of women. The way women have always
lived since the beginning of time. It used to be that way in the West
until the 1960s, when we were bombarded by the same enemy. Only we
were not bombarded with actual munitions, but with subtle trickery and
moral corruption.
Through Temptation
They bombarded us Americans from Hollywood, instead of from fighter
jets or with our own American-made tanks. They would like to bomb you
in this way too, afterthey've finished bombing the infrastructure of
your countries. I do not want this to happen to you. You will feel
degraded, just like we do. You can avoid this kind of bombing if you
will kindly listen to those of us who have already suffered serious
casualties from their evil influence. Because everything you see
coming out of Hollywood is a pack of lies, a distortion of reality,
smoke and mirrors. They present casual sex as harmless recreation
because they aim to destroy the moral fabric of the societies into
which they beam their poisonous programming. I beg you not to drink
their poison. There is no antidote for it once you have consumed it.
You may recover partially, but you will never be the same. Better to
avoid the poison altogether than to try to heal from the damage it causes.
They will try to tempt you with their titillating movies and music
videos, falsely portraying us American women as happy and satisfied,
proud of dressing like prostitutes, and content without families. Most
of us are not happy, trust me. Millions of us are on anti-depressant
medication, hate our jobs, and cry at night over the men who told us
they loved us, then greedily used us and walked away. They would like
to destroy your families and convince you to have fewer children. They
do this by presenting marriage as a form of slavery, motherhood as a
curse, and being modest and pure as old-fashioned. They want you to
cheapen yourself and lose your faith. They are like the Serpent
tempting Eve with the apple. Don't bite.
I see you as precious gems, pure gold, or the "pearl of great value"
spoken of in the Bible (Matthew 13: 45). All women are pearls of great
value, but some of us have been deceived into doubting the value of
our purity. Jesus said: "Give not that which is holy unto the dogs,
neither cast your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under
their feet, and turn again and rend you" (Matthew 7: 6). Our pearls
are priceless, but they convince us that they're cheap. But trust me;
there is no substitute for being able to look in the mirror and seeing
purity, innocence and self-respect staring back at you.
The fashions coming out of the Western sewer are designed to make you
believe that your most valuable asset is your sexuality. But your
beautiful dresses and veils are actually sexier than any Western
fashion, because they cloak you in mystery and show self-respect and
confidence. A woman's sexuality should be guarded from unworthy eyes,
since it should be your gift to the man who loves and respects you
enough to marry you. And since your men are still manly warriors, they
deserve no less than your best. Our men don't even want purity
anymore. They don't recognize the pearl of great value, opting for the
flashy rhinestone instead. Only to leave her too! Your most valuable
assets are your inner beauty, your innocence, and everything that
makes you who you are. But I notice that some Muslim women push the
limit and try to be as Western as possible, even while wearing a veil
(with some of their hair showing). Why imitate women who already
regret, or will soon regret, their lost virtue? There is no
compensation for that loss. You are flawless diamonds. Don't let them
trick you into becoming rhinestones. Because everything you see in the
fashion magazines and on Western television is a lie. It is Satan's
trap. It is fool's gold.
A Woman's Heart
I'll let you in on a little secret, just in case you're curious:
pre-marital sex is not even that great. We gave our bodies to the men
we were in love with, believing that that was the way to make them
love us and want to marry us, just as we had seen on television
growing up. But without the security of marriage and the sure
knowledge that he will always stay with us, it's not even enjoyable!
That's the irony. It was just a waste. It leaves you in tears.
Speaking as one woman to another, I believe that you understand that
already. Because only a woman can truly understand what's in another
woman's heart. We really are all alike. Our race, religion or
nationalities do not matter. A woman's heart is the same everywhere.
We love. That's what we do best. We nurture our families and give
comfort and strength to the men we love. But we American women have
been fooled into believing that we are happiest having careers, our
own homes in which to live alone, and freedom to give our love away to
whomever we choose. That is not freedom. And that is not love. Only in
the safe haven of marriage can a woman's body and heart be safe to
love. Don't settle for anything less. It's not worth it. You won't
even like it and you'll like yourself even less afterwards. Then he'll
leave you.
Sin never pays. It always cheats you. Even though I have reclaimed my
honor, there's still no substitute for having never been dishonored in
the first place. We Western women have been brainwashed into thinking
that you Muslim women are oppressed. But truly, we are the ones who
are oppressed; slaves to fashions that degrade us, obsessed with our
weight, begging for love from men who do not want to grow up. Deep
down inside, we know that we have been cheated. We secretly admire and envy you, although some of us will not admit it. Please do not look
down on us or think that we like things the way they are. It's not our
fault. Most of us did not have fathers to protect us when we were
young because our families have been destroyed. You know who is behind this plot. Don't be fooled, my sisters. Don't let them get you too.
Stay innocent and pure. We Christian women need to see what life is
really supposed to be like for women. We need you to set the example
for us, because we are lost. Hold onto your purity. Remember: you
can't put the toothpaste back in the tube. So guard your "toothpaste"
I hope you receive this advice in the spirit in which it is intended:
the spirit of friendship, respect, and admiration.

Assalam Aleikom wa Rahmatullah wa barakatuh I hope you can be of use to me in this problem: I'm a 17 year old Arab girl living in an Arab country and still in high school.
Unfortunately, I learned about the internet yet, I misused it and spent my days chatting with guys and watching prohibited websites
(I did such things behind my parents back and no one knew about them) even though I used to be religious and hated girls who chatted with guys.
I then got to know a 21 years old guy-through the "Messenger" living in the same country but of different nationality and we went on chatting till we exchanged true and untainted love "just for the sake of Allah".
He used to educate me about teachings of religion and lead me to righteousness and guidance. He allowed me to see him through a camera, we sometimes prayed together.
Later he started to show me parts of his body which in return caused me to become an addict to the secret habit. Such situation went on for a month in which we learned a lot from each other. We maintained voice chatting and when I trusted him I allowed him to see me, my hair and most of my body parts through the computer camera. My love for him grew more and I thought only of him and nothing else to the extent that I couldn't concentrate in my studies, consequently causing my level of educational pursuit to decline.
He then told me about where he lived and so did I. I called him on his mobile a while after that and checked the validity of the information he gave me. He said he wanted to marry me, I agreed to his proposal for marriage, although I'm supposed to marry my cousin, yet I'm now so afraid of my parents' disapproval especially after he started to threaten me saying: "If you leave me I'll disgrace you and spread your pictures"! Also he said:" I'll cal you using the numbers you dialed to reach me and tell your folks all about you."
When I discussed this matter with him he said that it was just threats yet I feel that he is not threatening me and that he's really going to do something, and now I'm thinking seriously of leaving him and returning to the path of Allah.
My parents are Muslims and religious and if they knew that I'm in love with a guy and actually in contact with him they're gonna kill me( by "kill" I mean beating and humiliating) to avoid the scandal and bad reputation.
I don't know what to do! I'm so scared;
I want guidance;
I want to be happy and safe;
I'm sick of thinking and feeling scared.
Please help me. Because of this problem I quit praying; I quit worshiping in general because I'm bored and desperate with my life; my sisters' reputation and futures-as well as mine- will be destroyed if I don't die, and I want to, today before tomorrow.
I want to leave him but I fear the scandal. He will call back so how can I stop him? Will Allah forgive me if I return to his path? What are the conditions of repentance and how should I repent and?
I fear that I may go back to what I used to do? Where's the way out?
How could I get rid of my addict to the secret habit? And now that I suffer from sexual frigidity, how can I treat it without my parents knowing about it?
I seek your reply so bad; don't throw my mail away.
Please help me as soon as you can; there's no one else to help me; please help me, please.

The sister's message is over; a message that is truly rich with lessons and examples Is anyone out there willing to learn?

 I shall pause at her saying: ("… we exchanged true and untainted love, "just for the sake of Allah") The problem is that every girl thinks that the guy who tries to hit on her is her dream prince and the fulfiller of her dreams, while he is actually the prince who brings failure, the maker of sorrows and the destroyer of hopes. She pictured such love to be (... true and untainted love…) but she smells the rotten of it all before the end of the story; and he appears to be a stereotype of those wolves who care for nothing except fulfilling their desires. The hopes are vanishing and the pains are aching and there he is threatening her saying: "If you leave me I'll disgrace you and spread your pictures"! Is this true and a "for the sake of Allah" kind of love?! This is the American way of love!

 She says: "I'm so scared; I want guidance; I want to be happy and safe; I'm sick of thinking and feeling scared" Wasn't she at peace and overwhelming bliss, following the path of guidance and performing her prayers before stepping into the hellish land of "Chat"? Why is she scared now? Why did she quit praying? It's the ominous of disobedience that deprived her of the pleasure of obedience. What was she looking for in "Chat" vaults? Looking For happiness? She is left now screaming "I want to be happy and safe".

 How weird the following words are:" My parents are Muslims and religious and if they knew that I'm in love with a guy and actually in contact with him they're going to kill me to avoid the scandal and bad reputation (by "kill" I mean beating and humiliating)" All this happened while the parents where inattentive to their child; they've been so careless and so wasting of the Trust. It's the ultimate confidence that parents have specifically in young ladies which results in such a disaster. A father may say: "I have sheer blind trust in my daughters and my unmarriageable relatives in general". They're no better than Mothers of the believers, nonetheless Allah Exulted and Majestic be He said about their ethics:

" O Consorts of the Prophet! ye are not like any of the (other) women: if ye do fear (Allah), be not too complaisant of speech, lest one in whose heart is a disease should be moved with desire: but speak ye a speech (that is) just";

and Said about the Believers' ethics towards them:
" And when ye ask (his ladies) for anything ye want ask them from before a screen"
Why did He say that?" that makes for greater purity for your hearts and for theirs".
Is anyone out there willing to learn?
"Verily in this is a Message for any that has a heart and understanding or who gives ear and earnestly witnesses (the truth)."[Chapter 50, verse 37]

This message has been mailed to me and I took permition from the sister to publish it, and so I did with the exception her nationality.

Work for Hereafter Teachers

Have you ever met a teacher whose computer was broken, so at the middle of night the teacher went outside searching for an internet cafe just to give a lesson?
Have you ever met a teacher who stayed awake all the night till lesson 4:30 am being afraid to miss it?

Have you met a teacher who has responsibilities such as family, children, job, studies and still gives time and patience for us- their students for free just for sake of Allah?

We have really amazing teachers (ma sha Allah), so attend their classes and benefit from them.

We would like to thank them all, including the ones not mentioned here who continue to benefit us. May Allah reward them all, ameen.
